Leveraged an Agile 20-member cross-functional team to achieve rapid, integrated security transformation.
Established a group cyber security capability whilst retaining federated company-level controls.
Cleared the backlog of critical vulnerabilities, delivered a NIS-D Corrective Action Plan and completed PCI remediation.
Facilitated secure, accelerated migration to cloud-based infrastructure — improving security posture and supporting the board objective to reduce on-premise IT costs through data centre migration.
Enhanced user and data protection through Microsoft Defender ATP deployment, supported by staff training and infrastructure controls such as File Integrity Monitoring.
Implemented a group IDAM function with integrated MFA, enhancing inter-company operational savings whilst reducing the internal and external attack surface.
Created a SOC integrated with a Web Application Firewall to enhance protection of key operational services.
