Simon Cooper - Commercial Director

Founder Simon Cooper is responsible for maintaining the relationships of our existing clients and working with our Business Development function to help and support new Clients.

Simon’s 25 years’ experience within technology consultancy has earned him a trusted reputation, as well as a network of CTO, CIO & CISO clients across many industry sectors. 

Simon Cooper founded Cooper Burns, an IT Architecture consulting firm in 2006, and was instrumental in growing the £10M revenue business until it was sold in 2014 to an investment company.

 

Louise Jones – Operations Director

Louise plans and organises company practices and processes and manages the day to day administration of the company.  

Louise began her career in marketing and promotions for a FTSE Pub retailer.  She then progressed to Project Management for the FTSE FMCG manufacturer Kraft Foods before becoming a Supply Chain Project Manager with a FTSE healthcare manufacturer Reckitt Benckiser.

More recently Louise worked within Technology Consultancy before joining Cyberbase Consulting in November 2020 as Operations Manager, and is now our Operations Director ensuring that the business continues to grow efficiently.

 

Louise Grassby – Client Engagement & Talent Lead

Louise specialises in building and placing exceptional teams within the dynamic fields of cybersecurity and intelligent automation. Her focus is always on delivering seamless experiences by fostering trust, clear communication and a constuctive, collaborative approach that builds strong rapport between all parties, ensuring every project achieves successful outcomes.

With a background in diverse environments, including energy and financial sectors, she brings a highly organised, detail-orientated approach to talent acquisition.
